Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

No Warranties. Zoey Home Care LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zoey Home Care LLC's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Zoey Home Care LLC in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zoey Home Care LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Choice of Law. NY law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of NY, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
